Height: 40 cm (or 16 inches)

Lumari Gale's

are a large omniverious bat like creature living in tree tops and branches. rarely venturing down unless for food. preferring fruits, and leaves they will seek out insects, birds and small mammals. Their fur is normally seen as brown but does change to the colors of the trees they are perched on allowing them excellent camouflage. The underside is normally seen as dark gray or black uness during mating season where both genders darker undertones change to a brighter one mimicking colors and patterns of earth butterflies and moths. Lumari Gale’s have bioluminescence which they use to attack food or ward off predators by shaking and moving their tendrils. They have elongated wrists attached to their wings allowing them to climb upside down as well as 2 backwards facing finger like appendages on their feet giving them excellent grip when hanging upside down or onto prey. They have a long forked and barbed tongue to aid in gathering nectar much like a hummingbird and are capable of sustained flight in all directions. They often sleep inside of tree hollows but will build a nest out of branches and leaves as well as sticky silk to make a hanging nest.
