[Survey] Fun at the Twilight Carnival

*knock knock* “He is here!” Levi screamed while sprinting to the front door, knocking over a flower pot on his way. “Levi please be careful” his mom followed him to the door cleaning up the flower on her way. “Hey little man, ready for an adventure!” Fenrir said, petting Levi on the head. Levi squealed, “we are going to the Twilight Carnival right?”. “Thanks again for taking him” Frankie had caught up “no worries, you’ve helped me many times”, he looked at Levi “plus I love hanging out with this little man”.   

“Fenrir I’m bored” 

“We only been in the train for 5 minutes”

“Did you bring any games” 

“Pfff games? What if I told you about one of my adventures”

Levi’s eyes opened wide as Fenrir pulled a big red gem out of his pouch. “So it was a dark and stormy night, I’d been looking for days but with no luck yet– “

*next stop Capital City* A voice played over the train's speaker system. “Well that's our stop buddy” Fenrir stood up and grabbed his bag, “but what about the rest of the story?”. Levi jumped off the seat “let's save that for the way back”. 

The carnival was huge, with market stands, fair games, shows, food and loads of different people from all kinds of places and species. “Here put this in your pouch” he handed Levi a small black device. Levi looked confused at him and Fenrir showed him a hologram with a red dot “now thats you, your mom will kill me if I lost you”. They both laughed “so little adventurer what do you want to do first?”. His tummy rumbled, “I guess its food then” Fenrir said laughing while they made their way towards the food stands. They ordered loads of food and Fenrir struggled to carry it all to a nearby table. “Dig in little man, time to taste all these delicious Twilight Carnival specialties”

“My parents never let me get this much food”

Fenrir smiled “but the carnival is only once a year, we got to taste everything now that we can” Levi tried talking but his mouth was full and he smiled. Fenrir had met Levi a while ago when he strayed away from his parents and ended up in the Crimson Cove. Fenrir found him and showed him around before helping to find his parents. After that he had been regularly watching Levi, sometimes because his parents were busy and sometimes just for fun. 

“So you wanna go on the big rollercoaster?” Levi nodded “yes please!”. They had been walking around the carnival for a bit now, looking at the market stands, playing the fair games and listening to stories from aliens far and wide. Even a play about the start of the Alurizian Reserve. 

It was getting really late when they got into the train home, Levi was holding a big Boolow plushy that Fenrir won at the ring toss. *knock knock* Frankie opened the door, it was Fenrir holding a sleeping Levi in his arms, “where do you want me to put him” he whispered. Frankie pointed at a door and walked towards it. “Goodnight little man” Fenrir said as he placed the little Xero in his bed.
