[Survey] What would Vesper bring to a Deserted Island?

"What an odd survey prompt.."

Vesper lightly tapped their pen on the table they sat at, looking down at their work setup with a puzzled expression. They'd only recently decided to start sending responses in for the ARC Surveys each month, and their first one was.. something.

It wasn't weird, or odd, or even strange. It was just.. confusing. What would they bring to a deserted island?

After a few moments of thought, they began typing away on their laptop.

"What would I bring.. well, with basic necessities met, I suppose I'd make sure to bring my electronics.. though I suppose they wouldn't fare long without charging ports. I'd probably bring my camera instead, along with some notebooks and such. I'd make sure to bring my Common Kogii plush, Strudel.. some blankets and pillows would be nice."

They stopped, thinking for a few moments, before continuing.

"I'd be able to get a lot of scenery pictures, which would feed into my photography buff, but what would I do when I'd taken photos of everything? I'm not sure, write maybe? I enjoy writing on my devices, not paper, but maybe I'd have to get used to that."

They genuinely wondered what the lab would do with this information.

"I wouldn't want to live on the island forever, I enjoy my home in Torini. However, if I'm at the island at all, I'd probably be there for a few weeks until rescue, right? I'd bring along some of my tools then, assuming this is some sort of challenge I can be prepared for."

"Since it'd have a beach.. i suppose I'd pack some beach and swimming stuff too, have to enjoy myself somehow. I'd roam all over the island getting photos of things, but I'd make sure to spare time to get back to my shelter before it got too late into the night. Even with my bioluminescence.. you never know what's out there."

"If I'd be able to pick my deserted island.. I'd pick one with a lot of beautiful scenery. The better the location, the better my photos will be. It's more fun getting photos of there's good scenery and good lighting. With enough fauna, I'd be able to get photos for weeks, considering I'd have to be traveling around the island to get them. That would keep me pretty distracted."

"As long as I had snacks, my camera, some comfy things, and Strudel, I think I'd be fine as long as I'm not there for more than maybe a month and a half, I'd begin to get homesick, and I don't want to leave Torini forever."

After some spell checking, they'd submit their answer. Letting out a sigh and closing their laptop.

They'd actually enjoyed writing it the further they got into it, maybe these surveys wouldn't be so bad.

They got up from their chair and headed into the living room, picking up Strudel from off the couch.

"Promise me you'll never end up on some random island without me?" They asked, knowing that he was a plush, and would not answer.

"Good, I don't need to go looking for you."

"..but I would."
