The Flat-Footed Glider

A filter-feeding bug that catches the wind on its large sail-like wings to move about the surface of the water!
Its large paddle-like feet help it break water tension so it can easily stay on the surface no matter how choppy the water may be. Its fuzzy face resembles a mustache!

Oh...and it glows like a lightning bug, putting on grand displays when feeding in their large groups!
