BIOLUMOG
BIOLUMOG
At first glance, the biolumog appears as a small flower. Upon further invesitagtion, this small creature is infact a predator found within the depths of the jungle. The biolumog omit a strong, sweet scent from the wisps that branch out from it's flower-sack. The sack on it's back, appearing as a flower, traps small insects and various berries within it. This is how the biolumog eats! The biolumog's mouth is a vestigial structure that's lost it's use over time as the biolumog adapted to it's surrodings.
The biolumiescent glow from it's wisps and flower-sack allow it to see and hunt at night, acting as a flashlight of sorts.
Although tiny, the biolumog are mighty and often live in patches (or packs) of 10-12!
