[Marine] Neon Arza

Neon Arza's are glow in the dark creatures that really are sneaky at times. They are super tiny (20 inches tall). They can swim up to 120 miles per hour and light up any dark area they come across. They favor doing evil laughs even for no reason. They do have legs and feet but they're useless. Even moving them doesn't do much. You'd think it would be useful to move an object out of the way or get them free from a trap but the legs are weak too. The 6 arms they have are used in certain ways. The arms on the head are used for giving direction and communication. The arms on the bottom of the head are used for evil laughing. The arms on the body are used for grabbing food and other objects. The patterns on the body can also change. The pattens can only be a Sun, Moon, Star, and Heart.  These creatures are also herbivores.
