Meet the Staff

Nico

They/Them

Nico is the lead creative director and founder of Project Xero. They created Xeros in 2021 inspired by their love of creating colorful adoptable designs as well as geckos, mustelids, marsupials, and a certain blue alien dog. Outside of Xeros, Nico is a full-time freelance artist & small business owner. They are very passionate about understanding and protecting the environment and all living beings within it.

Em

He/Him

Em is co-lead for Project Xeros, mainly supporting and organizing lore, activities, and events. Outside of Xeros he is a full time artist and fursuit maker. He’s passionate about our natural world on Earth and drawing parallels to it though the ARPG. When not working on Xeros you can spot him deep in the woods foraging, frolicking, and fantasizing about a better future for all.

Blair

They/He

Blair is currently on hiatus, but when he is active, he is touching on almost everything to do with the backend of Xeros: from announcements to sales to event planning and more. Offline, they like digging into non-fiction books of all kinds and collecting stickers of all shapes and sizes.

Scarlett

She/They

Scarlett is currently on hiatus, but when she is active, she helps with all kinds of moderator tasks! Outside of Xeros, Scarlett is a full-time furry artist selling at conventions and keeping trespassers out of her swamp.

Vena

They/Them

Vena helps out with general moderation for Project Xero. Outside of Xeros, they’re an accountant and hobbyist fursuit maker. They can often be found pining after anime men, yapping about music, or lamenting at the status of Chicago sports teams.

Panda

They/Them

Panda is the social media manager for Project Xero. Outside of Xeros, they're drawing colorful creatures as a full-time fandom artist. You can usually find them baking, playing cozy games, or watching comedy shows.

Lisk

They/It

Lısk was brought on-team as a worldbuilder. In-person, they're a disabled NEET who spends most of their time watching shows and playing video games. You can find them hanging out in voicechats, musing in any channel someone has asked a question in, or excitedly learning from you about your special interest!

Chimera

She/They

Riles

She/Her

Riles joined the Project Xero team as a general moderator. She’s an animal scientist by trade and is passionate about animal welfare. When she’s not helping out around Aluriza, you can find her bird watching, gardening, or tending to her growing menagerie of critters.

Jolly

She/Her

Jolly is a Xero designer and makes official assets/items for Project Xero. You can also find her lending a hand to moderators where needed and occasionally running sales for the group. Offline she's likely playing a videogame, doting over her animals, or adding a new plushie to her collection.

Sam

She/They

Sam is a designer for Project Xero. They bring a passion for vibrant and colorful designs to the Xeros they create. When they're not sequencing DNA for fictional creatures, they can be found caring for horses and minmaxing their D&D characters. 

Paradoxx

He/Him

Paradoxx is a designer and asset artist for Project Xero. You can find his colorful designs for sale from time to time and he is also responsible for all of our trait art! Paradoxx is a full-time artist well known for his pins and merchandise!

Peanchiee

She/They

Peanchiee is a designer for Project Xero. As a huge lover of any and all reptiles, you may see some of that inspiration sprinkled in their work. They love to spend their days playing videos games, crafting, and lounging with their kitty, Milo.
