I had the chance to make agua fresca with prickly pear fruits recently! It was delicious! The taste was light and felt "tropical," but not very sweet, aaalmost savory. It also reminded me of melon, cucumber, and faintly tomato. With a little lime juice and some sugar it. was. so good. Drank most of the gallon myself. Briiiiight magenta. So pink.
