In my local area we have a few locations that take moving and package boxes that are in great condition. They then give these boxes to those in need that have to move suddenly or can't afford to buy new moving boxes. They also give these boxes to charities so they can use them during their charity work like giving out food, clothes and such. We always remove all the plastic tape that gets disposed of correctly before donating our boxes to these places.
