PASSIONFRUIT. RHUBARB. JAM. It tastes divinely tropical-sour-sweet-fruity. It even looks pretty!
Zuki: initial chop, sweeten, stir, reduce, and prepped sterilized jars.
Lisk: Strained passion-rhu pulp through cheesecloth and filters to remove as many seeds as possible.
Lisk and I originally planned on separate passionfruit & rhubarb jams,but half the rhubarb spoiled so we combined.
It may not get submitted as a prompt, but we DEFINITELY are making more.
