I cannot reply to your report, but when uploading a new image to a MYO slot that has been sent back for edits, the new image does not show up for users without a hard refresh. Sometimes, even after a hard refresh the new image does not show up for the user.
However, the new image DOES show up for staff, so you are good to go :)
