Mask Time

The Twilight Carnival is always an amazing and fun time of year. Lantern fruit carving in the traditional sense is fun to make and display, but carving masks from the thick flesh of this root vegetable is a newer one, not as familiar to Luna as it is to Slick. Both Xeros this year, however, decided to carve masks for each other. Luna based hers on her favorite hooded scarf, a bird-like creature. Slick, on the other hand, made a toothy creature with gems dug from the sandy fields in the Kubai Desert. Luna was eager to put on the mask for Slick first while he helped her with the one he made after. A night of fun festivities is in store for them both!
