X-405: Urho

He is based on a Saimaa seal. He works at the docks at Torin, and owns two boats, one that (Seili) he is too attached to to admit that it has run it's course and one that he actually uses (Kiss). He a bit sentimental. He is happy to be a helping hand to locals and tourists alike. He fishes seasonally and helps the search and rescue team whenever needed. He enjoys puns and has a secret talent for folding paper plains very well. on his free time, he enjoys local cuisine and watching sports. He's appearance is a bit intimidating, and he uses that to yell at people who litter. His full name is Urho Kullervo. He goes by the name Urho, but is delighted when someone calls him Kulta. He has a house, but sometimes sleeps in his boat, claiming it's good for his knees.
